Terms and Conditions – Neko Pilates Studio

General Terms

• All clients must complete a waiver and intake form before participating in any class.
• Neko Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with studio policies.
• We reserve the right to modify our schedule, pricing, and policies at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted in the studio.

Class Reservations & Cancellations

• Classes must be booked in advance through our online system. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid a late cancellation fee or class deduction.
• No-shows and late cancellations will result in the loss of the session or a fee, depending on the client’s membership or package.

Memberships & Packages

• All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
• Freezes or extensions may be granted for medical reasons with proper documentation.

Liability Waiver

• Clients acknowledge that participation in Pilates and related activities carries inherent risks.
• Neko Pilates, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may arise during or after participation in classes.
• Clients agree to inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating in class.

Studio Etiquette

• Arrive at least 5 minutes early to class to allow time for setup. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
• Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety.
• Phones must be on silent and stored away during class.
• Please wipe down equipment after use with provided sanitizing wipes.

Refunds & Transfers

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on class packages, memberships, or retail items.
• Transfers of class credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Personal Belongings

Neko Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use designated storage areas for your belongings.

Photography & Media Release

By attending classes, clients grant Neko Pilates permission to use photos or videos taken in the studio for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing.
