Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It uses controlled movements to improve posture, balance, and overall fitness.

Not at all! Pilates is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and our instructors will help you modify movements as needed.

Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props on a mat, while X-Reformer classes use our specialized reformer machines for added resistance and support. Both are excellent for building strength and flexibility.

First-time clients

Yes. All levels are welcome. Our instructors provide clear cues and modifications throughout class. If it's your first time, we recommend arriving early so we can help you get familiar with the Xformer.

Just bring yourself and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all the equipment you'll need, including mats, weights, and resistance bands. Don't forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!

Yes! We offer drop-in classes and introductory packages so you can experience our studio before committing to a membership plan.

Booking and Schedule

You can easily book a class through our website or mobile app. Simply create an account, browse available classes, and reserve your spot. We recommend booking in advance as popular time slots fill up quickly.

Members can book classes up to 2 weeks in advance. Drop-in clients can book up to 1 week in advance. This helps ensure fair access to all our classes.

We offer classes throughout the week from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Check our schedule page for specific class times and availability.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations

We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the start time without any penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to set up. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons, and it will count as a late cancellation.

Yes, you can cancel your membership with 30 days written notice. Please contact us at hi@nekopilates.com or call 210-487-8630 to process your cancellation.

Memberships and Pricing

We offer several options including unlimited monthly memberships, limited memberships (12 classes/month), and class packages. Check our pricing page for current rates and promotions.

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. Each person must have their own membership or class package.

Studio Policies

We welcome clients ages 16 and older. Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before their first class.

Yes! Members can bring guests for a guest pass fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange guest passes.

We ask that cell phones be silenced or turned off during class to maintain a focused and respectful environment for all participants.

Health and Safety

Please inform your instructor before class about any injuries or medical conditions. They can provide modifications to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.

Yes! We offer modifications for prenatal clients. Please let your instructor know if you're pregnant so they can guide you through appropriate modifications.
